SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is free on every US order, with the cost already built into our product prices, so there are no surprises at checkout. Jewelry and in-stock items arrive in an estimated 4-10 business days. Some of our handbags are made to order: they need 1-2 weeks for processing plus 7-9 business days for delivery (about 2-4 weeks in total). The estimated time for each item is always shown in its product description. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us at thebragance@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once the claim is approved, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund as soon as the carrier confirms the loss.
