SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is free on every order — the cost is already built into our product prices, so there are no surprises at checkout. Because each piece comes from our curated network of specialty suppliers, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on the item. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, simply email us with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps — refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, no return shipping required.
